Raise a glass and your spirits at the Livingston 2nd Street Oktoberfest on Saturday October 12th from 4-7 pm, bringing back Oktoberfest to 2nd Street in Downtown Livingston. Admission is free and there's fun for all! Enjoy interactive adult and kids’ activities, autumn drink and food specials, food trucks, live music from the Beagles and more. There will be a long community table with seating near the Elks who will be serving brats, burgers and drinks, a kid zone near the First Interstate Bank with games and activities, United In Light Ice Cream with pretzel necklaces, Old Faithful Hot Dogs and Bad Burger food trucks, and an adult fun zone with the band and Campione Food Truck near the Owl.

 

Some of the festivities include: a Stein Holding/Masskrugstemmen contest at the Owl at 6 pm, Raised by Wolves Spooky Pop-up and vintage horror films at Elk River Books, Mocktails from Phoenix, Flash Tattoos and raffle at Folk Elements on 2nd Street, Pumpkin weight guessing contest at Wheatgrass Books and Sip & Shop at High Trash Boutique on Main Street.

 

2nd Street will be closed to traffic just past the alley near the Owl Lounge through Callendar to Lewis for the Street Party. Businesses along 2nd Street and throughout will Downtown open late for shopping, dining, and celebrating, including an afterparty at the Mint with the Beagles at 9 pm.

 

Kick off the holiday shopping season at locally owned small businesses and connect with friends and neighbors at Oktoberfest while enjoying the festivities. This event is brought to you by the Tourism Business Improvement District, building a vibrant year-round economy while investing in quality of life for residents and quality of experience for visitors.

NOTE: Livingston's Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID), in partnership with Downtown Livingston Business Improvement District (LBID) and Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is collectively called the Explore Livingston Coalition and all are funded by downtown district property or hotel bed taxes to support Livingston's business and tourism economy. This group is not a membership-driven organization so serves all Downtown and hospitality businesses in Livingston and does not charge for their services, but rather provides services, projects, marketing, and grants supporting events that bring tourism dollars into Livingston's economy.
